StampJam grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our web-based stamp design and PDF stamping software for your personal or business use, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
All intellectual property rights in the StampJam platform, including but not limited to code, design templates, logos, and software infrastructure, are the sole property of StampJam. This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the software or content.
This license is effective until terminated by either party. StampJam reserves the right to terminate your access and license at any time if you breach any part of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the platform and delete any downloaded materials that violate this license.
The platform is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind. StampJam disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.
In no event shall StampJam be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
This License Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

This Data Processing Addendum (“Addendum”) is entered into by and between StampJam ("Processor") and the Customer ("Controller") in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and relevant UK data protection laws.
This Addendum forms part of the Terms of Service and/or any agreement governing the use of StampJam's services.
This Addendum covers the processing of personal data necessary for the use of StampJam’s digital stamp creation and related services by the Customer.

Each party’s liability under this Addendum is subject to the limitations set out in the main Terms of Service or Service Agreement.
