It is rare but it can happen. If you tried to make a payment less than three (3) times, try again with another card. If you have tried to make a payment more than three (3) times and it keeps failing, please email us at [email protected] and we will send you a payment link to process the payment. Since the payment is handled by Stripe we have no control over the payment success or failure.

If you happen to spot a design error in your custom stamp, fear not! Our team has you covered. No need to go through the hassle of redesigning and repurchasing your stamp. Simply drop us an email at [email protected] using the same email address you used during the purchase. Be sure to include details about the error you'd like fixed and our support staff will send you the updated design within 24 hours.

Our site allows you to design your own custom company/business stamp through our tool. Once you have created your own stamp, you can access our Stamp PDF tool to insert the stamp into your PDF file.

A digital stamp costs between $3 and $5, with an average price of $4. The price of each stamp depends on the format you choose. The price is shown when you click download after you have finished designing your stamp. To see how much a Stamp costs without desiging a stamp, simply navigate to our Homepage and scroll until the "Pricing" section is displayed. If the price is acceptable, you can then navigate to the Stamp Designer and start the custom stamp creation process.

It's very rare, but it can happen. We provide a "Download" option for you to download your stamp after payment. If for some reason, you did not click "Download" AND you did not receive your stamp via email, Don't worry, just follow the instructions below:

1. Step 1: Check your spam folder. The stamp is almost always there.
2. Step 2: If the stamp is not in your spam folder, email us at [email protected] and we will send you your stamp design.

Every part of the website is secure, including the code, the servers, and of course, the data you enter into your stamp. We never have access to your credit or debit card number which is handled by the payment processor.

If you need another color of your stamp design, just email us at [email protected] with your requested color (RGB or HEX code) and we will do the needful. Make sure you email us from the same email address used for the purchase. If you are emailing us from another email address for any reason, please mention your original email address in the body of the email. We are here to serve you better!
Note: Please allow upto 24 hours to receive your re-colored stamp design.

StampJam offers a plethora of formats for purchase. You can choose between 2 plans. Gold & Platinum. Our Gold plan (PNG ONLY) is for those who digitally stamp documents & dont require a physical stamp. With our Platinum purchase, you will receive PNG, PDF, EPS, SVG & JPG formats. This plan is for those who digitallly stamp documents & have a need for a physical rubber stamp. To know more, navigate to our Homepage > scroll till you see the "Pricing & Plans" section to view all formats you can buy. You can also click "Download Sample" in the top right to view a sample of the files you will receive with each plan.

All PNG files possess a black background. But they only appear black as it is the nature of the file. Once you paste the PNG image in a document or send it to your local stamp maker, the black background will dissapear.
