Stamp designs are saved indefinitely on our server for future use. To access your saved design after having paid for it (so you don't need to start the design process from scratch), locate the email you received from us with your stamp design. In that email click "Retrive my stamp".
Now edit the stamp format as per your requirement. If you cannot locate the email for any reason, email us at
[email protected] from the same email address you used to make the purchase. Our support staff will do the needful.
